How long will it take to get my order?

Your order is custom printed just for you!

Having options to share my art on different products means a little more time for processing.  Thank you for your patience with this customized print-on-demand service.

Please allow 3 - 7 business days for order processing and fulfillment.  Shipping time is an additional 5 - 8 business days for US orders, and 6 - 15 days for International orders. 

How much is shipping?

Pricing reflects the carrier's rates based on shipping weight and destination.  Some of the apparel (oversized t-shirts) have a flat rate. Please note that shipping on large items (especially canvas) are higher.  The rates are passed on directly from the supplier.  Thank you for your flexibility with the different carriers and their rates.

What is your Return Policy?

As each item is custom made just for you, please check sizing, options and full details before you make your purchase.  Returns and exchanges are not accepted through suppliers.

Can I get custom artwork done?

Not at this time, MELA's schedule is booked with current projects.  You can email girl.paintedartwork@gmail.com to get current timelines and find out when availability will open up again. 

Can I get prints on the website after the original artwork is sold?

Yes!  MELA retains the rights to all artwork.  Prints will be customized and added to the website as the each painting is complete, so check back often to find the newest artwork available.
